What is Reiki?

      Reiki is a natural healing technique that works with restoring balance back to the body, mind and spirit. A method that promotes relaxation and clarity of mindfulness. Reiki is a technique that increases a person’s supply of life force energy.

Who can benefit?

Purely everyone can receive reiki, it does not matter age, sex, gender, spiritual or religious background, pregnancy and or illness. Everybody can appreciate Reiki.  It is through Reiki we tap into our very own scientific bio field to heal and increase our life energy

How Does it work?

Reiki energy flows from the practitioner’s hands and into the client’s body and energy field. The reiki practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation. The whole person is treated rather than specific areas. Sessions can take 45 minutes to an hour-and-a-half, depending on the client’s needs. One reiki session can last up to three weeks and mini sessions can be helpful in between full sessions
